Eric is a seasoned architect whose design experience spans a wide range of building types, including corporate offices, hospitality spaces and community projects. As a principal at ESa, he specializes in complex hospitality and office developments, both new construction and transformative renovations.
Eric played a key role in the design of ESa’s headquarters at Gulch Crossing in Nashville, a project that reflects his belief that great design is a force for improving everyday experiences. He approaches architecture as a balance of form and function. Eric brings together user needs, site constraints and sustainable practices to create modern, purposeful environments.
A forward-thinking leader, Eric was an early adopter of emerging design technologies. He helped advance ESa’s digital capabilities by introducing tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D printing into the firm’s workflows. His influence extended industry-wide through his service on the Autodesk Revit Client Advisory Board, where he worked with developers to shape what is now one of the industry’s leading BIM platforms.
