This new speculative office building blends vintage industrial detailing honoring the site’s railyard history with leading edge architectural and sustainable design features to create flexible, dynamic spaces. The five-story, loft-style brick and glass building offers 73,900 square feet of Class-A office space and 10,800 square feet of ground floor restaurant and retail space overlooking the new Noble Park.

The building’s exterior incorporates historical brick and masonry detailing, while large, open floorplates with 9’ 6” window heights allow for design flexibility and an abundance of natural light. The interior will feature an exposed steel structural system, combined with a heavy timber floor decking system, and a grand communicative stair in the main lobby. This aesthetic reflects the industrial history of the surrounding neighborhood, The Gulch which is now a vibrant mixed-use community.

Nashville’s first community pocket park, Noble Park offers 10,000 square feet of green space for Gulch residents, office workers and visitors alike. Including a central plaza with bench seating, elevated stage, wooden boardwalk and deck with an adjacent water wall feature, the park is also designed to host a wide variety of activities—from pop-up community events, to intimate performances, movie nights, outdoor yoga classes and other events. Certified LEED® Gold, the project features a VRF system to sustainably heat and cool the building.
