Brad Graves joined ESa’s construction contract administration team in 2004 and has over 35 years of experience in the construction/architecture field. He serves as the liaison between ESa, the owner and contractor during the construction phase, and is responsible for facilitating resolutions to construction issues. His charge is to help make sure that the construction phase is a positive experience for all parties involved. He believes that a successful project is one in which ESa has exceeded the client’s expectations.
Prior to joining ESa, Brad amassed over 20 years of experience working as a contractor, including senior management roles in which he was responsible for project management, contract negotiation/administration and the oversight of all field operations. Brad’s diverse portfolio includes educational, corporate, healthcare, correctional institutions and senior living projects. His first construction contract administration assignment at ESA was a project at Belmont University, and he has been working on that campus non-stop since. “Watching a 2,000-student college transform into a more than 8,000-student institution” has been an exciting part of his career at ESa.
Brad is inspired to come to work each day because he enjoys watching drawings transform into buildings in the field, and he believes that construction contract administration offers a career where every day is “a new adventure with new challenges, and no two days are the same.” Originally from Nashville, Brad graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from Tennessee Tech University in 1980. In his personal time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, camping and following college football.
