Part of a unique 32-acre development that includes a new specialty healthcare center, this boutique hotel’s timeless design reflects its community while appearing to have always been a part of it. Inspired by the nearby Brownwood Town Square, which is reminiscent of an early Florida cattle town, the design utilizes a warm, rustic interior and exterior material palette to create an elegant hospitality experience. The facade features locally sourced stone, brick and brown tones, while the interior is filled with rich golds, reds and blues, textured wall coverings, luxurious fabrics and leather furnishings. Designed to provide a premium guest experience and embrace the Brownwood community, the hotel features guest rooms, 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting room and conference center space, a spa/medispa and Lobby Bar. Varied dining options include Wolfgang Puck Restaurant, a test kitchen, a mobile food truck and lobby market.

Blurring the line between indoor and outdoor spaces, the design centers on two dynamic areas: the hotel pool and event courtyard. The event courtyard will serve as a gathering place for guests, patients, families and the larger community. It also includes a green wall comprised of fresh herbs and other plants for restaurant venues. Additional outdoor areas complement the fitness center, restaurant/bar and meeting spaces.

Connecting to the adjacent Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood on the second floor, medical center patients have the option to stay at selected rooms in the hotel after procedures are performed. ESa simultaneously provided planning and design services for both projects.
