Matt manages many complex healthcare projects at ESa, with a focus on new construction and renovations. He has experience with the master planning and design of many greenfield and replacement hospitals nationwide, in addition to the management of building programs for national health systems. He challenges preconceived notions, listens to the client’s needs and offers solutions to project challenges that confront conventional thought. Matt is inspired by the next big challenge and is driven by the understanding that the spaces ESa designs today can affect the health of a friend or loved one tomorrow.
