Located in the developing SoBro (South Broadway) district, Miles Nashville, a new mixed use tower rises 19-stories with three additional levels of below grade parking, approximately 316 spaces, and retail lining the street front. The tower features 645 units and is U-shaped with a unique public pocket park in the center facing John Lewis Way. Providing much needed green space to engage the community, the park includes large trees and a lawn complete with seating. Retail, restaurants and other storefronts line the perimeter of this city green space.

Inspired by a study of solids and voids, initially generated by the large space created by the pocket park, the tower’s unique design carves space out of the structure providing lush landscaping and unique seating acting as an amenity to the community and residents. The 4-story mid-level terrace outside the co-working space offers residents a respite for working remotely surrounded by trees, fire pits and comfortable seating eight floors above the bustling city streets below. The rooftop lookout provides commanding views of downtown while offering shade for the adjacent pool area.

With 645 total apartment units, Miles Nashville offers a diverse range of unit types targeted to a wide demographic. Half of the units in the project are micro-studio units offering a modest 350 sf but with all the modern amenities tenants have come to expect. This balancing of space and amenities influences overall cost allowing more to live.
