Jordan, serving as senior project manager, focuses on the development of primarily mixed-use hospitality and residential projects from design through construction. Using an iterative process diversified across design team members, he translates conceptual designs into coordinated construction documents and specifications. Having worked on several hotels, condominiums and restaurants in metropolitan New York City, Jordan has designed at scales spanning 48-story towers to restaurant interiors for projects ranging from completely new construction to adaptive reuse. He also possesses a breadth of experience in regulatory compliance, sustainability and REVIT management. He believes that excellent client service is demonstrating the ability to listen to and then translate the client’s needs and wants into functional, beautiful buildings, while simultaneously respecting their budget and vision.
