Randel is responsible for directing and coordinating the design of numerous new medical facilities that range in size from large medical centers, hospitals and specialized centers, to additions and renovations of smaller facilities and medical office buildings. He believes that listening and asking questions is critical to understanding client goals and expectations. Good design must be influenced by multiple perspectives. With this in mind, Randel prioritizes listening to patients, families, doctors, nurses and other staff to develop a space that is efficient, meets all the varied needs of the community and provides healing. His keen attention to detail and experience have led to many successful projects that are completed within budget and schedule, all while keeping the clients goals and vision in focus.
