Starting as an intern at ESa, Leslie Ann is now a senior interior design manager responsible for leading projects in both the senior living and multi-family markets. Her design philosophy centers on creating spaces that are easy to navigate and are attractive and interesting. She implements design solutions that maximize the quality of life for people of all ages and abilities. Leslie Ann believes that strong communication and understanding of client goals and needs are the key to a successful relationship and project outcome.
