Jerry has served as a senior member of ESa’s multifaceted architectural team with involvement in hospitality, education and healthcare projects throughout the United States. He typically commits to the entire life of a project, from the initial concept phases through project completion. His role includes schematic studies, feasibility studies, design team coordination, project documents creation and construction contract administration. He is passionate in delivering top-notch client service, executing project delivery and maintaining the building’s design integrity as it is constructed. He also has extensive experience with project program development, 3D schematic modeling, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), as well as Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the design process utilizing Revit Architecture.
