Isaac joined ESa in 2002, after earning his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Sciences from Mississippi State University (summa cum laude). In his role as Interior Designer, Isaac is primarily involved with projects in the healthcare arena, although his portfolio also includes hospitality and education projects. Responsible for developing, coordinating and documenting every aspect of the interior, Isaac is involved with all phases of a project—from schematic design through construction administration.

Isaac believes that design should be simultaneously “classic, timeless, modern and relevant.” He feels that simplicity often trumps complexity; that some elements, colors and materials stand the test of time better than others, and can be incorporated in fresh and modern ways; and (above all else) that design must always reflect the mission, values and goals of the client and the project. Isaac is an active member of the International Interior Design Association, and previously served as IIDA Tennessee Chapter President, Board Member, City Center Director and Chapter Leadership Council Member.

Isaac believes excellent client service is demonstrated by “being honest, under-promising and over-delivering, providing prompt and accurate communication and genuinely caring about the client and the project.” Isaac is a true team player who continually pushes himself to make “each new project even better than the last,” while fostering an environment that is conducive to team success.

Originally born in Memphis, Isaac spent almost all of his childhood in Oxford, MS. In his personal time, he exercises, reads and enjoys exploring the latest and greatest Nashville restaurants. He also spends way too much time on social media!
