Tower two of a four tower development, Paseo South Gulch Hotel and Residences features 30 stories and includes 146 condo units, 180 hotel rooms, 335 parking spaces, a resident library and 1,000 square feet of retail space. With two restored historic buildings anchoring the site at the center, this new development breathes new life into a developing part of Nashville.

Paseo South Gulch establishes a cohesive context for the emerging district, the design promotes a contemporary interpretation of the industrial character found in the landmark Voorhees Building and a former antiques mall—which lie at the base of the development. The second tower’s faceted building façade is created through alternating modules of glass and metal panel resulting in a textured exterior unique to Nashville’s skyline.

The tower is organized around various amenity spaces including a spa, conservatory and fitness centers, addressing both public and private amenity realms. Various tones and textures of masonry are used at the first three levels of the building helping to frame the procession along the paseo adjacent to the landmark Voorhees Building.

The development not only brings new residential and commercial opportunities to this growing area of Nashville, but also creates a dynamic retail environment placed along a central pedestrian thruway.
