Tom’s experience spans several markets including commercial office, education, hospitality, senior living, residential and entertainment. He serves as a front-line representative addressing owner related questions and concerns throughout the course of construction. He monitors work conducted in the field for compliance with ESa’s construction documents and contractual obligations. Tom believes that attentive listening early in the design process, coupled with diligent coordination with all project team members, leads to a successful project.
