Sherry joined ESa in 2008, after graduating from Clemson University with a Masters of Architecture and Ball State University with a B.S. in Architecture (minor in Interior Design). In her role as Design Manager, Sherry is responsible for medical planning, overall design, staffing and maintaining project budgets for (primarily for-profit) healthcare facilities throughout the country. Sherry’s personal design philosophy is to “design a product that meets the user’s needs and creates a sense of pride for the owner.”

Sherry is typically involved with all phases of a project—from the design phase through the construction process, serving as liaison with the client and other key representatives. She also provides masterplanning, schematic design, project documentation and construction administration services. Sherry believes that excellent client service is demonstrated by “treating each client like they are your only client.”

Sherry has participated in the ACE Mentor Program since 2008, partnering with local high school students to introduce them to careers available in the architectural, construction management and engineering professions. She served as board member in 2013. When not working, Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, dining at their favorite restaurants and playing at the park.
