Matt serves as a principal at ESa, leading the design of diverse healthcare projects across the United States. With expertise in managing projects of varying size, scope and complexity, Matt oversees client communication, design team coordination, preliminary and master planning, medical planning, and building—site and aesthetic design.
Throughout every phase—from schematic design to construction documents—Matt works closely with clients, team members and consultants to deliver thoughtful and innovative solutions. He oversees the project schedule, scope, and staffing to optimize efficiency and achieve quality outcomes. Matt’s approach to client service is rooted in active listening, asking insightful questions and translating client needs into creative, impactful designs.
