Kevin rejoined ESa in 2013, after working with the firm from 1981 to 1987. In his role as Senior Design Manager, Kevin primarily focuses on medical campus projects for not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients. These projects range from pediatric hospitals, ambulatory care centers, clinical laboratories, and medical clinics, to physicians’ office buildings, wellness, sports medicine and other specialty facilities.
Kevin’s definition of excellent client service is “listening, delivering design beyond clients’ expectations, and maintaining repeat clients.” Over his 30+ year career, Kevin’s diverse roles in healthcare architecture have included project design and management; strategic, conceptual and departmental planning; client relations in corporate healthcare marketing; and national account management and program development. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 1980, and attended the Arizona State University Del Webb School of Construction (Tempe, AZ) from 2009-2010.
A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American College of Healthcare Architects, Kevin’s personal design philosophy is that “form follows function…emphasize the function.” In his personal time, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and cycling. Kevin considers being welcomed back to ESa one of his greatest professional accomplishments.
