Greg has several years of experience working on a wide range of healthcare projects including new facilities and numerous additions and renovations. He works directly with owners and the project team to provide responsive solutions to project challenges. His approach of integrated quality management allows work to meet, and in some cases exceed plans, specifications and code requirements. During the course of projects, Greg coordinates contract documents and specified materials to minimize project delays while maximizing productivity.
