Randy has managed the design and construction administration of some of ESa’s largest and most complex master planning, new and renovation projects. His approach to client service is to listen carefully and communicate clearly. Deeply understanding a client’s goals and needs allows for an easier translation of their vision into reality. His experience is diverse including experience in the sectors of hospitality, healthcare, corporate office, education and performing arts. In his role as principal, he remains deeply involved in the design, documentation, specification and construction administration for his projects. He believes the beauty of architecture is in the blending of form and function. To Randy, the greatest sense of accomplishment comes from seeing and hearing the positive responses of the people who live, work and play in the spaces he and his team create.
