In accordance with Covenant Health’s mission to improve the quality of life in their communities through better health, including access to healthcare, Covenant Health South was built to bring convenient care to families in South Knoxville and Seymour, Tenn.
The new, one-story, medical office building features an urgent care, clinic, physical therapy/rehabilitation and diagnostics imaging center. The medical office building’s design is organized and compact, which will afford horizontal departmental adjacencies that are conducive to clarity of wayfinding for patients and visitors; staff functional efficiency; improved patient services; enhanced patient safety; and public amenity while balancing patient/family security and privacy.
The facility includes cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, cardiology, imaging, nephrology, physical therapy, pregnancy care, primary care, urgent care, and women’s health.
