Seeking to enhance the resident experience, the Southern-inspired community offers therapy services, spa access, roof-top terraces, courtyards, theaters, a beauty and barber shop and private dining areas. These features provide residents with socialization opportunities and allow for interaction with nature, relaxation and the arts.
ESa provided planning, programming and architectural services to develop a design solution that was cost-effective, offered cutting-edge amenities and remained in context with the surrounding landscape.
Faced with limited access to the four-acre site, expansive setbacks and steep slopes, the architecture team mitigated the adverse terrain challenges and delivered design with placement that optimizes views and enhances experiences for residents.
