As design manager, Victoria is responsible for translating the everyday experiences of clinicians, administrators, caregivers and patients into useful and functional spaces that meet the overall needs of the client. For each project, she seeks to design healthcare experiences with compassion and understanding of the patients and families that engage with those spaces. She is fully committed to not only meeting the needs of her clients, but also truly listening to them to understand and solve challenges and meet long-term objectives. Her personal design philosophy is that architecture should be both beautiful and useful, and she strives to develop designs that comfort and inspire those who encounter each space.
