Jill joined ESa as a Project Manager in 2014, and has over 10 years of experience managing design and construction projects for healthcare clients across the country. She manages a team of employees in the coordination and preparation of construction documents, and communicates with clients, consultants and contractors to provide design solutions throughout the process. She maintains the design architect’s original design intent for a building, while helping to ensure it evolves into a constructible, operational facility. Jill graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 2004, and spent one semester of studying in Rome, Italy, with Temple University’s School of Architecture.

Jill leads and organizes project teams, develops and clearly articulates solutions for a variety of project types – hospital additions and renovations, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers and healthcare master planning projects. Some of Jill’s greatest professional accomplishments occur while working on each project—she gets immense satisfaction from working to create spaces that shape people’s lives. She believes that excellent client service is demonstrated by “not only listening to clients articulate what they need or want, but also anticipating what they will need in order to succeed” – be that through knowledge of changing care delivery models, equipment technology advancements or even legislation that will likely impact the client’s project goals.

Jill has been involved in the ACE Mentor Program of Middle Tennessee for nine years, including three years as a team leader. Originally from Chicago, she grew up in Lebanon, TN. In her personal time, Jill enjoys traveling and exploring different cities, spending time with friends and family, running and watching hockey.
