In her role as a principal, Jill manages a team in the coordination and preparation of construction documents, and communicates with clients, consultants and contractors to provide design solutions throughout the process. She works to develop a concept design for a building that evolves into a constructible, operational facility. Jill leads and organizes project teams, and develops and clearly articulates solutions for a variety of project types – hospital additions and renovations, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers and healthcare master planning projects. She gets immense satisfaction from creating spaces that shape people’s lives. She believes that excellent client service is demonstrated by not only listening to clients articulate what they need or want, but also anticipating what they will need in order to succeed – be that through knowledge of changing care delivery models, equipment technology advancements or even legislation that will likely impact the client’s project goals. Jill has a passion for mentorship and has been involved in the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Nashville since 2004.
