As a design manager, Jay’s role encompasses master planning and space planning, with an emphasis on exterior design elements. Involved at the front end of a project, he meets with clients and user groups to assess facility requirements and determine departmental needs. He believes that function follows form and that excellent client service is when we listen to hear the client’s needs for the facility. Healthcare is special to Jay; he views his work as a chance to positively impact lives of patients and caregivers for generations to come.
