Patrick joined ESa in 1997, and has over 28 years of experience with a wide range of projects, including healthcare, senior living and educational projects. In his role as Senior Project Manager he administers projects during the construction document phases of the design process, working, coordinating and planning with staff, consultants and owners to produce the final construction documents. He is also responsible for working with state and local authorities throughout the permitting process.
Patrick is inspired to come to work each day because he gets great satisfaction from “being part of a team that creates beautiful, healing environments.” In his approach to architectural design and client service, he tries to put himself in the place of the patients, family members and staff who will ultimately be using the buildings and medical facilities that we design. Patrick works at ESa, in particular, because he feels that he is “not treated as just an employee, but as family.”
An associate member of the AIA and member of the Construction Specifications Institute, Patrick earned his Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute, studied at Volunteer State Community College and pursued continuing education at Nashville State Technical Institute in Advanced AutoCAD. Patrick enjoys making home improvements, woodworking, fishing, kayaking and spending time with family when not in the office.
