Todd has been involved in design development, coordination and production of contract documents, bidding, negotiation and contract administration of many major projects at ESa. His personal design philosophy is to strive for greater meaning and purpose, uplifting those around him to think in new, innovative ways. Serving as a principal and office manager, he coordinates workload for all architectural staff members. He enjoys developing team chemistry through staffing and helps to shape the future of ESa continuing the culture of innovative, responsive and driven designers.
