Since joining ESa in 2001, Alana has served in a variety of design, project management, operational and client-development roles. As a servant-leader, she has maintained strong relationships with clients and internally, with her team. Alana leads a team of design professionals with extensive experience creating healthy, healing environments for healthcare clients and the communities they serve. She is committed to the success of her clients and as an evidence-based design accredited professional, she strives to envision the “healthcare of the future,” while remaining committed to creating designs that help promote wellness, patient-centered care, and operational efficiencies.
Alana has led multifaceted interior design projects throughout the county, for profit and non-profit healthcare clients, such as Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, HCA Healthcare and Nashville General Hospital.
Outside of the office, Alana is involved with the American Heart Association, serving as ESa team captain for multiple years, a Nashville chapter founding member of the Women in Healthcare, and an active member with the International Interior Design Association.
