Opened in 1984, the 12-story, modernist building is one of Midtown’s tallest structures. The office component is housed in the tower’s west (left) half, with the hotel in its east (right) section. Positioned on a sloped site, the complex features a distinctive clustered arrangement of buildings, with its sloped sky-plane glazing introducing a unique element to the Nashville skyline while preserving the surrounding environment’s integrity.
