Tom serves as a senior project manager and construction contract administrator working with healthcare clients. He has experience with the master planning, programming and schematic design for all types of projects with an emphasis on healthcare. He has been the on-site construction administrator for some of ESa’s larger projects including Mayo Hospital and Specialty Clinic in Phoenix, AZ. In this on-site role, Tom interfaced with the contractor, city codes department, hospital facilities and consultant team to guide the project to a successful end.
