Tim in his role as construction contract administrator works to help verify ESa’s construction documents in the field and that they reflect the design intent for the project. During the course of the construction administration phase, he is the primary source of communication, coordinating with all team members to solve challenges related to RFIs, submittals and change orders. His central design philosophy is to never lose sight of who and what the team is designing for. To Tim, the most successful designs are the ones that end users enjoy interacting with. He has experience working on various project types including healthcare, hospitality, educational, religious, corporate office, government and historic renovations.
