Hayleigh is a National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) certified interior designer and Evidence-based Design Accreditation and Certification professional. In her role, Hayleigh oversees space planning, architectural and interior design elements, finish selection, as well as lighting and furniture for the firm’s healthcare interior design projects. Her passion lies in crafting environments that foster healing, productivity, and leisure. Guided by evidence-based design principles, Hayleigh is a firm believer in the profound influence designers hold in shaping communities, creating spaces that captivate and meet the unique needs of both clients and end-users. Hayleigh actively engages with the design community as a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Tennessee Chapter, and extends her expertise to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, where she volunteers and serves as an associate board member. Hayleigh holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Florida State University.
