Jill Romano participates in PDC Summit
On March 12th, principal and senior project manager, Jill Romano participated in the 2025 PDC Summit panel discussion focused on the journey of constructing a new greenfield pediatric hospital, Arthur M. Blank Hospital for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Through the lens of integrated project delivery principles, component teams and target value design (TVD) processes, the panel discussion unveiled the strategic collaboration amongst the owner, architect, engineer and contractor. Through this exploration, participants gained insights into the strategies, organizational communication and collaborative ethos driving the successful delivery of tomorrow’s healthcare infrastructure.
