Groundbreaking Celebrated for The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences in The Gulch
A major milestone was reached this week in Nashville as developers, partners and community leaders gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences.
Rising 28 stories in The Gulch, the project will introduce a new level of luxury hospitality and residential living to one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
The development will feature 261 guest rooms and 84 private condominium residences, blending world-class accommodations with curated amenities and refined design. As part of the globally recognized EDITION Hotels brand, the project brings a distinct approach to hospitality, where thoughtful architecture, elevated interiors and personalized experiences define the guest journey.
Strategically positioned between Music Row, Downtown and Nashville Yards, the tower will further activate The Gulch and contribute to the continued evolution of Nashville’s urban core. Residential sales are already underway, with the hotel anticipated to open in 2028.
