Jill is a Principal at ESa, where she leads a team in the coordination and preparation of construction documents, ensuring seamless communication with clients, consultants, and contractors. With over 20 years of experience, Jill excels in transforming initial design concepts into constructible, operational facilities. She has worked on a wide range of healthcare projects, including hospital additions and renovations, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare master planning.
Jill is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, which she believes goes beyond simply addressing immediate needs. She anticipates future challenges and opportunities—whether through advancements in care delivery models, technology or legislation—to position projects for long-term success, while also achieving success in the present.
Outside of her design work, Jill is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of leaders within both ESa and the broader architecture, engineering, and construction community. She is currently the ACE Mentor Program of Greater Nashville board president and Women in Healthcare board member and mentorship co-chair. Her commitment to fostering collaboration, leadership, and personal well-being defines her approach to both work and life, and she continues to inspire those around her through her impactful leadership and mentorship initiatives.
