As senior project manager, DiAnne typically becomes involved near the end of schematic design. She then leads a team through user group meetings and project coordination to produce full scale construction documents, and continues to stay engaged through completed construction of the building. Her goal is to provide clients with work spaces that help them reach their full potential. She has gained experience managing a wide range of diverse personalities and finely honed her sense of realistic problem solving. By not limiting her designs to simply what she feels comfortable with, DiAnne continually strives to give clients a reason to request the same design team repeatedly.
