Topping Out: Nashville’s First Motto by Hilton Reaches New Heights!

Exciting milestones are worth celebrating, and we are thrilled to announce the topping out of Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown.

This marks a significant step forward in bringing Nashville’s first Motto by Hilton to life, setting the stage for a dynamic and stylish hospitality experience in the heart of the city.

Located on 3rd Avenue South, this 13-story hotel will feature approximately 260 thoughtfully designed guest rooms, offering efficient layouts and flexible configurations, including “bunkie” rooms and connecting spaces perfect for larger groups. With a modern two-story lobby, locally inspired food and beverage options, and an inviting atmosphere, Motto by Hilton will be an exciting addition to Nashville’s vibrant downtown.

Developed by Mortenson and designed by ESa, construction began in early 2024, with an anticipated opening later this year. This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and collaboration of our incredible design and construction teams. Congratulations to everyone involved in making this vision a reality!
