Prima at Paseo South Gulch Honored at the Nashville Downtown Partnership Awards

The Nashville Downtown Partnership recently celebrated 30 years of growth and community impact during its Annual Meeting & Awards Luncheon at the Omni Nashville Hotel. The event, hosted in collaboration with Vanderbilt University, featured renowned author and city planner Jeff Speck, who brought insightful perspectives on urban design to this milestone gathering.

Among the highlights of the event was the recognition of six projects that have significantly contributed to the vibrancy and development of downtown Nashville. We are thrilled to announce that Prima at Paseo South Gulch, designed by ESa, received an award in the “LIVE” category. This distinction celebrates residential projects that enhance the downtown experience and foster community connection.

Prima, located in the dynamic Paseo South Gulch neighborhood, exemplifies the innovative spirit and forward-thinking design that is shaping the heart of our city. This recognition is a testament to the collaborative efforts of our client, SomeraRoad, and the dedicated design and construction teams who brought this vision to life.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this remarkable project!
