Meghan joined ESa in 2005, after earning a Master of Architecture degree (2005), Certificate in Health Systems & Design (2005) and a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree (2003) from Texas A&M University. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Meghan serves as a Project Manager on the medical design team and is involved with healthcare projects across the country. Working with a team of consultants and in-house staff, Meghan develops the construction drawings used to construct a project. She is responsible for making sure the building maintains the original design intent, while also meeting the requirements of the owner, codes department and other jurisdictional agencies.

Meghan believes in creating healing environments for patients, families and staff. She is typically involved with a project from inception through completion, with responsibilities that include site and facility master plans, schematic studies, departmental design sessions, design team coordination, project document creation and construction administration. When not in the office, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and working on small projects around the house.
