Meghan is a principal with extensive experience leading healthcare projects across the country. She works closely with multidisciplinary consultants and in-house teams to translate complex programmatic and operational needs into coordinated construction documents that bring projects from concept to reality.

Typically involved from inception through completion, Meghan’s responsibilities span site and facility master planning, schematic studies, departmental design sessions, design team coordination, project documentation and construction contract administration. She is committed to upholding the project’s original design intent while meeting owner requirements and complying with applicable codes and jurisdictional standards. Guided by a belief that thoughtful design supports healing and well-being, Meghan approaches every project with a focus on creating environments that serve patients, families and staff.

Meghan’s leadership and contributions have been recognized with the HCD 10 Awards, Team MVP, honor from Healthcare Design in 2025. She is a published author in Medical Construction & Design and Healthcare Design, contributing thought leadership on healthcare architecture and the evolving role of design in supporting healing environments.
