As a design manager, Lauren coordinates with clients and the design team to bring conceptual designs to life. She has a diverse set of experiences having worked on multiple master planning projects, and new facility/renovation healthcare projects while at ESa, as well as past experience with transportation, commercial and education projects. Lauren approaches design like a large puzzle where she utilizes creative thinking, problem solving and experience to bring the project to life. To her, client service means listening to concerns, understanding challenges and collaborating to provide innovative and beautiful solutions to design challenges.
