Josh is responsible for the accuracy and quality of construction documents and working with the design team to verify that design intent is followed during the course of construction. In his role of construction contract administrator, he is the primary source of communication during the construction phase of the project. He addresses any issues related to RFIs, submittals, change orders and payment applications, as well as addressing complications in the field when they arise. Josh believes that great designs seamlessly combine functionality and imagination leading to a space that is fluidly operational, uniquely creative and fully encompasses the needs of the client.
