Allie graduated from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, with a Bachelor of Interior Architecture and minor in psychology. As a National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (NCIDQ) certified interior designer, Allie is actively engaged in the design community. She currently serves as President-Elect of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Tennessee Chapter and is the co-founder of the Young Designers Collective, an organization dedicated to fostering connection and support among young design professionals in Nashville. In 2024, Allie was recognized as one of 30 under 30 interior designers in Nashville by Interior Design Magazine.

As a key member of the interior design team, Allie specializes in selecting furnishings, space planning, interior architectural elements and construction detailing/documentation. She also utilizes visualization tools to bring design concepts to life, providing clarity and alignment with her clients’ vision. Focusing primarily on healthcare projects, Allie believes designers have a responsibility to create spaces that are not only beautiful but also sustainable and inclusive. This guiding philosophy shapes her approach, resulting in thoughtful designs that address the needs and aspirations of clients, stakeholders and the broader community.

Allie is instrumental in recruiting new student talent for ESa and is passionate about mentorship as she continues to be actively involved with the College of Architecture and Design at Tennessee. During her time at the University, Allie demonstrated exceptional leadership as co-founder and vice president of IA Collaborative (Student IIDA/ASID), leading the organization to win the prestigious IIDA Student Chapter of the Year award in 2021. In her free time, she enjoys furniture hunting at vintage shops and thrift stores in Nashville to furnish her house.
