Lee Davis inducted into the International Society of Hospitality Consultants
Lee Davis was inducted into the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) among thirty hospitality consultants qualified by their expertise and reputation in its 2026 membership class.
ISHC is the leading global resource for hospitality expertise. Membership in ISHC is by invitation only, and members are viewed as leaders in their respective areas of expertise. Candidates for membership undergo a rigorous screening process, ensuring that all ISHC members have a reputation of integrity and are qualified by their experience, training, and knowledge to develop and express sound judgment on industry issues.
With more than two decades of design experience, Lee serves as a principal and senior design manager at ESa, where he leads projects across a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, residential, healthcare and the arts. Since joining the firm, Lee has been instrumental in shaping impactful, community-oriented architecture and is known for his strong design leadership and hands-on involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle. His expertise in 3D modeling, virtual walkthroughs and BIM integration helps bring client visions to life with clarity and creativity. Lee is a passionate advocate for architecture that serves its users while enriching the built environment. He believes that thoughtful, well-executed design can leave a lasting impression and elevate everyday experiences.
His contributions to the profession have been widely recognized. Lee received the AIA Tennessee Presidential Award of Excellence and was named Historic Preservation Champion of the Year by the Nashville Business Journal in 2020. In 2025, he was honored on the Nashville Post’s “In Charge” list, highlighting leaders who drive progress with integrity and action.
An active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Lee has served in leadership roles at both state and local levels, including as president of AIA Middle Tennessee. He continues to support the profession through involvement with the AIA Committee on Design and Advocacy Committee. Lee is a frequent speaker and moderator within the design community, having served as Conference Chair for the AIA Tennessee State Conference and a panel moderator at the Southern Lodging Summit in Memphis. He most recently hosted an event for Nashville Design Week: From Fiction to Fabrication: The Mary Louise Design Story – Tempo b they Hilton.

ISHC is composed of individuals, not organizations, corporations, or groups. To be eligible for membership, an individual must be an owner, officer, partner, or principal of his or her own company, or the equivalent thereof, and be qualified by his or her years’ experience consulting.
In addition to Lee, 29 other members joined the ISHC 2026 membership class.
