Ginny Webb appointed to 2025 AIA Middle Tennessee Board of Directors
Senior project manager, Ginny Webb, will serve as secretary on the 2025 AIA Middle Tennessee Board of Directors.

With over a decade of experience in commercial/office, education, and hospitality projects, Ginny is a dynamic project manager who brings design visions to life. She transforms design intent into coordinated construction documents and specifications, while effectively managing both in-house and consultant team members. Ginny’s portfolio includes master planning, concept design, and tackling complex addition and renovation projects.
Known for her exceptional listening skills, Ginny distills insights from clients, consultants and contractors into stunning and effective design solutions. She believes that great design emerges from an understanding of the project’s context, considering elements like sound, light and materials to create truly immersive spaces. Ginny’s passion for adaptive reuse, sustainable design, and historic preservation shines through in her work.
