As a principal, Meghan has worked on several healthcare projects across the country. Working with a team of consultants and in-house staff, Meghan develops the construction drawings used to construct a project. She is responsible for making sure the building maintains the original design intent, while also meeting the requirements of the owner, codes department and other jurisdictional agencies. She believes in creating healing environments for patients, families and staff. Meghan is typically involved with a project from inception through completion, with responsibilities that include site and facility master plans, schematic studies, departmental design sessions, design team coordination, project document creation and construction administration.
