With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare design, Justin provides masterplanning and design services for new and expanded/renovated medical facilities and campuses of varying size and complexity. In serving clients, Justin’s goal is to build a platform that achieves creativity and innovation, while committing the time and attention to detail necessary to shape design solutions that will bring clients’ visions to life.

Justin’s hands-on involvement spans across all project phases, demonstrating his adeptness in conceptualization and programming. As an EDAC accredited professional, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB) and American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) board-certified healthcare architect, he embraces the challenges inherent in healthcare design, finding satisfaction in harmonizing functionality, aesthetics and innovation. His client-centric philosophy is anchored in fostering creativity and meticulous attention to detail. He collaborates closely with clients to bring their visions to life, prioritizing the alignment of project programmatic needs with desired design aesthetics.

In his personal time, Justin enjoys volunteering on mission trips with Justice Mercy International, wood working and fishing. He also joins his wife, a freelance photographer and videographer, working with non-profits around the world.
