With over a decade of experience, Laura manages architectural projects from design development through construction completion, leading project teams through the development of coordinated construction documents and ensuring design intent is successfully translated into the built environment. She directs day-to-day project delivery, overseeing schedules, budgets, quality control, and coordination among architectural staff, consultants and project stakeholders.
Laura works closely with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers to integrate building systems and resolve technical challenges while maintaining project goals and client expectations. During construction, she serves as a primary liaison between the design team and contractor, facilitating communication, reviewing RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, addressing field conditions and guiding resolution of construction issues. Her collaborative leadership, technical expertise and commitment to project execution help deliver successful projects that meet design, schedule and budget objectives from design development through occupancy.
