Cooper works at the intersection of design and construction, helping translate project documents and design intent into built results. As a construction contract administrator, he supports construction quality and coordination, working with project teams in the field to address challenges, interpret documentation and maintain alignment with project goals.
Since joining ESa two years ago, Cooper has contributed to projects across healthcare, hospitality and residential sectors. He is involved throughout the construction process, from preconstruction through project closeout, with a focus on quality, communication and client expectations.
A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in construction management, Cooper holds the Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA) and Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) credentials through the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). He brings this specialized knowledge to his work, emphasizing attention to detail, collaboration and consistent quality throughout project delivery.
