As a member of the construction contract administration and quality management team, Connor works with project teams in the field to interpret design documents, address construction-related questions and help maintain the quality of the finished work.
Over his two years at ESa, Connor has contributed to the construction administration process, collaborating with the design team and contractors to resolve challenges as they arise. His role connects the details developed during design with the realities of construction, keeping project requirements, quality standards and the owner’s expectations in focus throughout project delivery.
