Four ESa team members earn their WELL AP credentials
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, Jordan Fay, Victoria Parker, Brian Asa and Lilly Johnson have recently earned the WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) credential.
The WELL AP credential is awarded to professionals who demonstrate expertise in the WELL Building Standard, which focus on promoting health and well-being in buildings and communities. Earning the credential indicates that Jordan, Victoria, Brian, and Lilly have undergone the necessary training, demonstrated their understanding of the WELL Building Standard, and passed the required exam. This achievement reflects their commitment to creating spaces that prioritize the health and well-being of occupants. Not only that, they also continue to live up to the words of our founder, Earl Swensson, FAIA Emeritus, “we have an obligation to future generations to create healthy environments.” Our firm is proud to share that a part of our AIA 2030 commitment sustainability action plan goal is to have five percent of our staff become a WELL accredited professional by 2024 and 50 percent by 2030.
Encompassing various aspects of building design, construction, and operations that directly impact human health, the WELL Building Standard addresses areas such as air quality, water, nourishment, lighting, fitness, and comfort. Possessing the WELL AP credential empowers individuals like Jordan, Victoria, Brian, and Lilly to seamlessly integrate these principles into their work, actively contributing to the development of healthier and more sustainable environments.
Congratulations to these four individuals for earning their WELL AP credentials!
